Remcom is seeking a highly motivated software engineering intern. The ideal candidate is a college sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a BS in Computer Science or a related field. We are searching for an independent self-starter who enjoys problem solving.
This is a flexible, paid internship with both full-time and part-time opportunities for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Responsibilities:
Perform both UI and automated testing of engineering software
Work on a team to develop high-tech electromagnetic (EM) simulation applications using the latest techniques in parallel computing and optimization
Convert engineering algorithms to efficient code
Develop graphical interface for set up and visualization of simulation results
Qualifications:
College sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a BS in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Electromagnetic knowledge a plus, but not required
